1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at micro-aiagency.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Micro AI Agency provides AI automation consulting, implementation, and related services to businesses in Singapore. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom AI automation solutions, code, and documentation developed by Micro AI Agency for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. Micro AI Agency retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge for other engagements.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micro AI Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. ROI Calculator Disclaimer

The ROI calculator on our website provides illustrative estimates only. Actual savings depend on workflow complexity, data quality, integrations, and implementation scope. These figures do not constitute a guarantee of results.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
