Control by design
The workflow is designed around approved access, validation, review and traceability, not only speed.
We do not want business agents to interpret technical access as unlimited authority. A bounded agent has a defined responsibility, a limited set of permitted actions and a clear path to stop or escalate when the case moves outside that boundary.
This is especially important when an action can affect a customer, a business record, a workflow state or another system. The control layer needs to exist independently of how persuasive or confident a model sounds.
The current MicroAgenX work includes a safety-controlled runtime foundation with approvals, idempotency, execution limits, auditability and a kill-switch concept. These are implementation foundations for controlled agent execution.
MicroAgenX is not described here as unrestricted autonomous production, generally available across all business use cases or as a fully integrated production platform. Individual use cases still require design, validation, permissions and production readiness checks.
