Micro AI Tech Forum 6-Week Workflow Automation Pilot Programme
These terms explain how companies may be considered for the Tech Forum pilot programme. Last updated: 19 September 2026.
1. Organiser
The programme is organised by Workflow Automation Pte. Ltd., operating the Micro AI Agency Singapore brand.
2. Offer
Up to three companies may be selected for a 6-week Workflow Automation Pilot. The commercial value is up to S$8,000 per selected company. The actual scope and value of each pilot will depend on the agreed workflow and will be documented before work begins.
3. Eligibility and application
Applicants should be represented at the Micro AI Tech Forum, provide a genuine operational challenge, identify an internal business owner and provide enough information for Micro AI Agency to assess pilot feasibility. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
4. Selection
Selection is based on operational fit, measurable impact, technical feasibility, data and system readiness, internal ownership and the ability to complete a meaningful pilot within six weeks. Selection is not random and is not a lucky draw.
5. Pilot scope
Each selected pilot is intended to focus on one clearly defined workflow. Discovery, configuration, testing, human-review controls and an outcome review may be included where relevant. Final scope, responsibilities, success measures and access requirements will be agreed with the selected company before the pilot starts.
6. Exclusions
Unless specifically included in the written pilot agreement, the programme does not include third-party licence fees, paid API or cloud usage, hardware, extensive custom integrations, travel or work outside the agreed pilot scope.
7. No cash alternative
The pilot value is not redeemable for cash, transferable to another company or exchangeable for unrelated services.
8. Separate pilot agreement
A selected company must agree the final pilot scope, access, security, data handling, responsibilities and success criteria before implementation begins. Micro AI Agency may decline or stop a pilot where the required access, safety, feasibility or cooperation conditions cannot be met.
9. Data and privacy
Registration and application information will be used to administer the event and assess pilot suitability in accordance with the Micro AI Agency privacy policy. Optional marketing consent remains separate from the pilot application.
10. Programme availability
Up to three companies may be selected. If fewer suitable applications meet the programme requirements, fewer than three pilots may be awarded.
